    Still should say I

The evidence should have reference details , like abc1 , abc2 etc

So BPA Cop , costs schedule etc

Or should it be IPC CoP ????

I'm guessing I can only reference one rather than both and include both in my Exhibits?
  • I've not knocked the Costs Schedule together yet. I've found @Coupon-mad's post regarding them

You haven't labelled your exhibits , nor produced a bullet point menu list of exhibits either , nor referenced and labelled your exhibit of your costs schedule , which can still be mentioned , the fact that you have not done it yet is irrelevant

Still some references to defendant which I believe should say I , this is not the Defence

    Found the pesky Defendants!

I'm getting myself confused I think. I'm going to read back over the Newbies thread for this stage!

    2. For the avoidance of doubt I was the Registered Keeper of ******
...and you should say there that you were the driver, as clearly the WS talks about and admits you were driving. so if you are clarifying that you were the rk, why haven't you come straight in with also 'and the driver'.

Now stop and think about this, you DO NOT KNOW that the car was actually stopped for the 6 mins claimed by the editable timings pasted on the unchecked photos, so don't say things like this that fail to challenge them to show their evidence that the cameras are synchronised with each other and run to the same clock:
    the 6 minutes overstay
During this time of 6 minutes I incurred a parking charge notice from The Claimant.
there is o six minutes except the one they say...you should be more vague and make it clear the car only stopped for less than 5, once in the location, and they have misused ANPR data to make it seem the car was parked for too long, when it was never parked.

Also don't even say 'parked'. Change to 'briefly stopped':
    my vehicle was parked

Explain what you mean here - a fault? A dashboard warning light? Or a drunk passenger?! See what I mean, I can't tell from these words:
to sort a minor interior cab issue in the vehicle that was causing a distraction during driving.

    Eeek, don't have these phrases!
the Claimant’s signage setting out the terms and conditions were dotted around the site and could not be seen immediately on entry,
At that point I say an offer was made (insofar as the sign was capable of making an offer), and I accepted it.
    No.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The signage at Salterhebble as far a DPA is concerned is absolute pants.

There is no such thing as a short privacy notice. Their privacy notices are not sufficient for them to be obtaining the details from the DVLA. If it was me I'd be putting in a formal complaint to the DVLA & ICO

The other thing that caught my eye was, If you just want to use the shop, where do you park.

Think of the chaos it would cause, if a load of motorists just parked by the petrol pumps & went into the shop.

A few years ago a motorbike got either a council ticket or an invoice for failing to displaying. The biking community took revenge on the car park - they rolled up and parked their bikes in virtually every parking spot
Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D
  • When it says on my letter 14 days before court is that 14 working days?

    No. It's 14 days. Couldn't be clearer.

If it was working days it would've said working days.
