Personally I would also rely on Article 13 of GDPR, since they didn't comply with it, they should not have obtained the info from the DVLA
http://www.privacy-regulation.eu/en/article-13-information-to-be-provided-where-personal-data-are-collected-from-the-data-subject-GDPR.htm
Where personal data relating to a data subject are collected from the data subject, the controller shall, at the time when personal data are obtained, provide the data subject with all of the following information:
Then there is a nice listPrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -

Don't put any of this case in. Just quote it, paras 98 and 198* Parking Eye V Beavis – MP1 – Page 10 - 27
Remove #17, #18, #21, #23 and #24.
Have the full wording I wrote, from post #14 of the Abuse of Process thread by beamerguy as a signed supplementary WS sheet specifically objecting to the fake added £60 damages/indemnity costs, and read it to understand why they can't add this sum even for a driver.
Add as evidence the two 2019 judgments that threw cases out for adding £60.
They can't recover more money for the costs as that's already covered in the parking charge. You want your Judge to know this, in case you do lose.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't say it only took you ONE MINUTE to drive in and park. That makes your case worse, so IMHO it's better not to comment on that.

Thank you so much. I will get that amended tomorrow and get it straight off.0 -
And relaly you cannot mention keeper / POFA / anything along those lines at all. its simply not relevant to you when you admit to being the driver.0

I put in a defence against hx parking after getting the salterhebble curse. I have recieved a court letter stating "the particulars of claim are struck out due to no reasonable grounds to claim and an abuse of the court process and failure to comply with cpr" so this must be good news. What can I expect next. Will HX back off or respond to the invitation to submit a further statement of case disclosing a legally recognisable case against me with the contract of agreement and breakdown of the £160 fine?1

We are watching the geographic pattern emerge from Southampton to Skipton and a number in between.Would you be good enough to give us the location of the court making the decision and the name of the Judge making it (if recorded in the letter)? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
