I put in a defence against hx parking after getting the salterhebble curse. I have recieved a court letter stating "the particulars of claim are struck out due to no reasonable grounds to claim and an abuse of the court process and failure to comply with cpr" so this must be good news. What can I expect next. Will HX back off or respond to the invitation to submit a further statement of case disclosing a legally recognisable case against me with the contract of agreement and breakdown of the £160 fine?
Great News ......  the incompetent Gladstones spanked by the courts again.  HX using the wrong legal again ..... total fools

Can you post the letter here please (redacting your personal info of course) so this can go into the Abuse Of Process thread to help others

From your post it looks like HX have been given the opportunity to rewrite their Particulars of Claim.

I don't think you can yet be assured that it is all over.

Does the Order go on to say that if they do provide a new PoC then you can file an amended Defence?

But you can threaten that if they do, and you win, you will be very cross.  Are you considering asking  for costs?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

HX would be stupid to continue and even more stupid to even dream that the Gladstones bunch would save their butt.  Who else can they go to ........ the rest are money scammers as well.
Serves HX right to belong to a members club scam

They might struggle to get through all the hoops.
Especially the breakdown of the £160 'fine'. And get around the 'magic words'
an abuse of the court process

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
