Just for confirmation, can I ring Santander and ask to switch 5 accounts from other banks, all in one go, and still qualify for the 5 lots of incentives?

I can answer my own question, having switched 5 accounts in one go in one telephone call and can confirm that my referrer and I both received 5 lots of £50 amazon gift cards. Hope this helps others

Are people switching to the same single Santander account or opening a new Santander account per switch?

That's pretty good! Saves on all the extra dummy accounts floating about.

Well done. Out of interest, was that a lengthy call? Didn't they ask why you wanted to switch more than one? I assume from this being a success that each had a separate reference number.

    Thank you

The call was about 40 min. I was lucky to get a very competent operator. I don't recall being grilled as to why I wanted to switch 5 accounts.

Each switch had to be done one at a time, with the operator having to go through the terms, etc for each one (although being the same).

Of course they all had different FSW switch numbers, which had to be entered with the referrer's switch code onto the form later in order to claim the incentives for both parties

I bit the bullet and called - it took 5 minutes, so not that onerous . All five switches are now underway - 3 to complete then RAF to submit. Only one set of vouchers received so far.

Has the voucher process slowed down? Early claims paid in a week; recent claims are over 2 weeks old?

It seems to have - we haven't received vouchers claimed on 22nd March yet - those who claimed up to and including 21st March seemed to receive their vouchers on 27th March.

Similar here we did our first claim on 19th March and received Amazon vouchers on 27th March.

The claim we did on the 23rd March is still outstanding 2 weeks later.
