Similar here we did our first claim on 19th March and received Amazon vouchers on 27th March.

The claim we did on the 23rd March is still outstanding 2 weeks later.[/QUOTE

There’s a few claims I’ve submitted that seem to have vanished into thin air. The refer a friend helpline insist they have no record of receiving them and have asked me to resubmit them. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but you might want to check if they’ve actually been received.

Interesting maybe they have suffered some data loss. I'll give them a call tomorrow.

I have one voucher missing for a claim submitted on March 14. I received one for a later claim. I have now resubmitted the claim, we'll see whether that helps.

But does that mean all claims since 21st March could be missing? I can't recall seeing any reports of vouchers since 27/3.

It would make life easier if they sent an auto email after you click the "send us the vouchers" button at the end of the claim form. I too have some claims submitted on 22nd March and after and no vouchers yet.

What's the best course of action? Wait until May, phone helpline and ask or resubmit claim form?

I am waiting to see if other successful claims come through - none have been reported since 27/3, so it is not just me or a few people waiting. If there are lots of reports of successful claims and mine don't come through at the same time, then I will start chasing.
  • I am also waiting for vouchers claimed 20th March , the one I claimed 13th March paid out a week later . I wouldn't even know where to chase them so am watching with interest , hopefully I will learn something new !

may I just check I have this right?

my OH has 5 referral codes. I have an existing Santander account. I have many "donor" current accounts.
I call the account switching team, I can switch up to 5 accounts during the same call, all to the same existing Santander account, I get a different switching reference number for each account switch.

as each switch completes I use the claim form adding the switch reference and my OH's referral code.

wait some time and we each end up with £50.00 x 5 = £500.00?

    thank you.

Your kebab shop accounts won't work :) but otherwise that's the current understanding... albeit with questions over why the payout has slowed and slightly ambiguous wording in the terms.
PS MBO but to avoid typos copy and paste codes into the claim.
