2 emails on 20th March----1 referred payment and 1 switch using someone elses referral code ---both emails had same amazon voucher code.

I contacted promoting company later than everyone else did received another code the same as had previously been issued.

I phoned the code issuing team today and was told that they hope to be processing claims again tomorrow. Fingers crossed :j

I think it's safe to assume nobody received any, as someone would surely have reported it. Let's hope that today is the day....

Just phoned and they had record of both our claims which had both been accepted and could identify the one that had paid and confirmed they were "just waiting on codes" for the other one. So at least they haven't lost our data and it's just a case of being patient.

Amazon Logistics probably delivered a box of codes to a wheelie bin on recycling collection day. Happens all the time

Our second pair of codes just came through so in total a nice £200 bonus for continuing to joint bank with Santander. Slightly tempted to open another couple of accounts to switch...

Referrer Amazon cards for our claims on 22nd March have just arrived - as last time, referee vouchers expected shortly (processed in batches).
