If you ignore the title Mr/Mrs then there is no issue.

Switcher receives an email with amazon code to the email address they gave when submitting the claim form.

Referrer receives an email with amazon code to the email address they gave me when requesting the five codes and with the name they gave.


Referrer and switcher see no information about each other other than the referrer will be aware that the switch has completed and the claim form submitted.

One claim outstanding that was submitted on 4th.

Has anyone received referrer AND referee codes for claims submitted beyond 3rd April?

No, we have received referrer and referee for March, and just received the referee for some of the later claims, if I have followed correctly. Oddly I think I received one and not the other submitted on Tuesday 9/4, unless I am confused.

I received codes for submissions made on 2nd April, but have not yet received codes for submissions made on 3rd April (late afternoon). So I assume they have only processed up to and including 2nd April, or thereabouts.

Also noticed that these latest vouchers were only issued a couple of days ago, whereas all the voucher codes I received previously had an issue date sometime in December. So it seems perfectly plausible that the recent delay was actually due to them running out of codes and having to source new ones (as someone else had claimed earlier in this thread). It's almost like people are taking full advantage of the offer's generous T+Cs...

A long delay as they had to source more vouchers? Have they not heard of Amazon, open 24/7 online ... .
