    I received a voucher today for a switch completed on 12th March, referral claimed on 13th! The OH's hasn't arrived yet.
    PS Again mine went to junk mail...
    Edit: OH's turned up, too

    I’ve received a voucher for completing a switch and referring someone else today but both claim codes on the vouchers I’ve received are identical

    Yes 2 switches into same account after waiting for 1st switch to complete before starting second switch resulted in - 2 x 50 Amazon vouchers :j

    Exactly the same today for both myself and my wife. A phone call and it was sorted very quickly - two new codes emailed while I was on the phone. I rang the switching number and they transferred me to simplythankyou-corporate.com (I was told their number is 01325 390839 but I didn't use it so can't confirm). Someone at simplythankyou-corporate.com is having a bad day!

    Santander’s Twitter team sorted it out for me and I now have the vouchers I’m meant to

    Same problem for me as well. I did get a second (well, third, actually) email with a corrected code without prompting them.

    Just noticed that the offer terms now include the following:


    "Within 30 days of the claim being submitted and the switch completing, you’ll both receive an email containing a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards. If for some reason the claim wasn’t successful we’ll also let you know via email."


    Currently 19 days since my first claim.
