    Yes nothing in there

In the application, did you select the yes button for wanting to register for account switcher alerts?

yes, it's totally 'normal' :rotfl: Getting your voucher can apparently take up to 3 weeks from requesting it. One or two of us have received vouchers after a patient wait. You don't get any intermediate confirmation.
OK, thanks. I’ll stop worrying then. :D

I’m still waiting for vouchers from a claim submitted on 01/03/19. Seems like a few people have received vouchers from later claims.

Anyone else still waiting this long?

I submitted mine on the 5th and my "friend" submitted theirs on the 7th. It seems like the company running the scheme on behalf of Santander is bulk processing the submissions since the first batch of codes (up to the first cut-off, whenever that was) were emailed out to everyone on the 14th at the same time (including ours).

If you submitted yours on the 1st and have heard nothing, then I suspect the submission was either rejected, or the email never reached you (check junk/spam folders).

May be just a question of being patient. Per the terms, you'll get the vouchers or a rejection notification in response to a claim.

It doesn't say anything about the time scales for rejection notification though.. but it does say you'll be notified by email.

    https://www.santanderreferafriend.co.uk/terms.php

    From the above terms:

    8. If a Friend completes the Current Account Switch and all other conditions have been met then You (provided your Friend uses the Code you pass to them) and the Friend will each be sent a £50 amazon.co.uk gift card.

If the Claim has not been successful because not all conditions have been met, then You and the Friend will each receive a separate email informing you both of this and providing you with common reasons as to why the Claim may not have been successful.

You or the referred Friend can also call us if you are still unclear as to why the Claim has not been successful. Please note that beyond this we will not enter into any discussions regarding the Claim and in no circumstances will we be drawn into any discussions between You and the Referred Friend regarding the Claim."
