For some reason Symbio just got a mention on IRN's brief summary of the day's financial news (produced by Sky News) which I heard on Boom Radio. They said that energy company Symbio had stopped taking on new customers - how old is that news? Also mentioned Utilita had done the same.
When I heard the name I assumed this was going to be a report of their collapse but apparently not!
Perhaps someone at IRN has been reading recent contributions to this thread.0 -
Yet another promised final bill credit refund within 72 hours gone unfulfilled. I wish they'd hurry up and go under. Looks like they can't even do that properly

I heard the same on a news bulletin on Radio 5

Your final bill will tell you that or work it out from your most recent bill based on your closing readings. They were quite fast in producing the final bill, obtaining the final balance refund though is proving to be somewhat impossible (2 months and counting) despite the numerous promises of it being with me within 72 hours and it being flagged as a priority with their account department.
