I'm not an accountant so don't understand the intricacies of the details or impact, but Nord Pool AS have had a charge over Symbio since April this year.

That isn't necessarily a problem, it just reflects that their supplier is putting themselves first in the queue if they go bust...

Anyone else still awaiting receipt of their complete bill/statement for June?

I guess I should have expected as much. I had no bill at the beginning of January (but did get a revised one later that month) nor March, so was due another month without a proper bill, I suppose.

Beginning to wonder if this is another moneysaving tactic by Symbio. No bill presumably means no VAT payment to HMRC.

No, I had mine on 5th June, DD due to come out on 12th.  Figure used is more or less correct. for a change!

Got mine on 5th June, DD is EAC/12 due out on 11th as normal. Figures are still a bit of a guess on their part but I'm not bothered as I owe them money due to them faffing around with the DD last year

Your dd payment will be taken on the 12th or shortly afterwards. However despite that message it was taken on the 9th.

Yes, the photo is optional.

Yes, I've been doing it every month since I've been with them.  The photo is optional.

I've never sent a photo, just send a reading in via my online account and it's been acknowledge within a hour or so usually followed up with another e-mail telling me that it's been sent for validation (dunno who is supposed to validate it or how they validate it but they don't seem to have much of a clue)
