    Seventh Anniversary 500 Posts Name Dropper
    As far as I'm concerned though I no longer receive my electricity from them I am still a customer as they owe me a rebate and compensation. Therefore I will continue to post here until the debt is paid

    Just noticed that too. Only 26 thousandth of a penny per kWh but that adds up to over 90p for me in the year. Also charged a little less for the standing charge (15p over the year).
    The unit rate they show on the bill isn't actually what they're using anyway - try getting a calculator out and checking the multiplication!

    I've got my bill - their random number generator has been in action again but as they are only going to take my fixed monthly DD it doesn't really make much difference. It will all work out when my contract finishes or they go bust. At the moment I owe them which is the way I like it but when it starts warming up then it will balance out.

    You're right. It's only a penny or two in my favour but there is clearly more to it than a simple rounding discrepancy.

    I've never before come across a company that can't actually do simply calculations (or calclulations as Symbio spell it).  And I think they should be up for a Crystal Mark award for:
    Variance Charges of Reconciled Variance Units Consumption

    I left my contract early no way was I putting up with this shower, I owe them around £200, waiting final bill, I would only owe them about £50 had I not used the direct debit guarantee to gety £223 back when my bill was only £152 with a fixed direct debit of £125 so no way was they getting the £223. Since then I have heard nothing from symbio they should be stripped of there licence.

    Still no bill received for March. Perhaps they have completely forgotten about me. However in the fantasy world of Symbio I suppose anything is possible.

    Wouldn't be surprised if they still think you're leaving and are busy generating the final bill. :( Do you have an entry for March in MyBills\Bill Summary on the Symbio portal?

    I thought that as well. However my meter read history now only goes up to the 31.1. The strange thing is they even phoned me last week and checked everything was now ok and confirmed my meter read given on the 29.2.  I even sent a picture of the meter confirming that read. 

    Checked my bill summary and the latest is 1.2.20 until the 29.2.20. At least they do not owe me anything and with the way things are its probably better I owe them.
