    I have given them accurate meter readings a couple of days before the end of each month when requested. 
    They billed for
    Dec 2019 169kw (only 10 days as i joined part way through month.)

    Feb 439 kw

    Total 1775kw. 
    The meter readings i have given them over same period total 775kw. 
    Something is not right and when they do not respond in a timely fashion it gets worrying. 11 Days since original contact, then an email from them saying will be looked into in 48 hours then nothing for over a week. 
    You can ignore the March 535 as that's billing in advance for what you haven't used yet.

    Do your bills have a consolidated section where tgey deduct variance units?
    I will paste the reconcilation section (day and night) for bill 5th march below for info.
    However I have been with them just over 2 months and used 775kw by meter readings to end Feb  which agrees with my long term usage or around 350kw per month. So i would expect by the end of march to have used 775 plus another 350 giving 1125kw not the 1775kw they will be charging me for. Is there something wrong with this calculation?

    Update on my credit refund 

    Today (19 days after issue of final bill) I received a refund of my credit

    However no compensation has been paid. I have sent symbio a strongly worded email saying this is NOT optional and a requirement of their supply licence. £30 compensation must be paid if credit is not returned within 10 working days of a final bill being produced

    As I pointed out to symbio they are already In breach of the dcc membership rule. Any further breaches will surely be frowned upon by Ofgem

    Still no bill received for March. Perhaps they have completely forgotten about me. However in the fantasy world of Symbio I suppose anything is possible.
    Still no proper bill received here either, which is odd as the bill summary indicates they expect payment by this Thursday at the latest.

    Oh well, they should know the score by now as I'm still waiting the initial (erroneous) bill they for January.
    i.e. No proper bill = no payment.

    Oh dear, that sounds like an even bigger problem you have, or perhaps a smaller one? If you have no bill nor bill summary, then they presumably haven't calculated your bill yet, so you to have nothing to pay yet. Not everyone gets billed the same day - I think swipe gets billed later than many others too. In regards missing meter reads, do you have the email confirmationm they were received? If so, how about the email confirmation thay have been submitted for validation? Which reminds me. I have both emails for my 29/02 meter read, but am missing the submitted for validation email for the 01/03 read.

    I also joined Symbio mid December but was given a choice between fixed or variable DD. I was unsure which to go for at the time but I'm so glad I opted for fixed DD now.

    I normally get my bill early in the month. Yes I have the email confirmation when I submitted the read and the name of the advisor who called me to check everything was ok now and he read the read back to me. Also I entered the read myself online as well.  Also checked  the latest read shown is the one for 31.1. 

    Swipe did suggest as I was planning to leave and cancelled it perhaps they still think I am leaving. However this would not count for the latest reads  disappearing. All very strange.

    So you used 17 more day units than their estimate and 123 less night units than their estimate. 
    On the next page under Charges in this period you should see addition and subtraction of amounts relating to these deltas:  +(17.56 x day rate), -(123.38 x night rate) against the cost of the energy estimated for the coming month.
    That's how it works - the books are balanced on what you've used and you're charged for the coming month's estimate.
    If you'd given you meter reads on 29 Feb they wouldn't have had to estimate your actual usage after your readings on 27 Feb.
