I got a pack of 10 Jean Pierre brioche rolls in Lidl. They have way too much salt in them and taste horrible. I'll be returning them for a refund.1

Elisheba said:I'm a tad cross. Aldi's frozen pizza's, which were my lazy day standby, have now gone up to 99p. They were 69p only a year and a half a go, and have steadily risen since then. There is now no point in my going to Aldi specially for them, as I can get 99p pizza's in loads of places. Bad form, Aldi. Bad form.
(Based on previous experience, the Lidl & Aldi prices will harmonise in some way in the near future).1 -

I've not tasted the Waitrose or Lidl ones but I like the Aldi ones.

Lidl heaving this morning, all six tills open, never seen that before. Also available was boxes of fruit and vegetables, usually gone by nine. Didn't have room in the trolley, but looked great value for money.1

I got more tuna today and the ring pulls are back
The bakery finally had fresh cookies, not my preferred texture (a tiny bit overcooked judging by the colour) but still really yummy.
