The US can't import chlorine chicken if no-one orders it!

Yes, the Us does have different standards to us, and yes things do have to be ordered before they can be imported.

    I think KFC will oblige

Its not a question of ignoring the referendum. Parliament has more understanding of the reality than many of those who expressed a view in a simplistic yes/no vote.
I don't dispute that and that is why they shouldn't have held referendum. The problem now is ignoring the result will cause a considerably amount of distrust and have a detrimental effect on democracy in this country.

The real issue is that we have still not told the EU what we want other than the obsessive Maybots deal which even her own Party does not support

Up to now we have had a PM telling Parliament what it wants with skant
regard for what others think. This must change.

Uncertainty is the enemy of prosperity.

    Prosperity depends on managing uncertainty.
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

As the leave vote is split between people who think we can go back to ration books and those that think the EU will bow to our superiority then there is no real compromise to be made.

That's as bizarre as suggesting all leavers were uneducated inbreds.

Yet honouring the result will cause the same problems, but with economic hardship thrown in

Hmm....so given the horse meat scandal, you think no supermarkets, takeaways, vans on the street corner will order this because their principles are at stake?

The chaos continues, WTO tariffs are issued without any consultation with industry.

Some of these are so low they will damage UK industry,

'A sledgehammer to the UK economy', the CBI calls it.

But obviously, CBI experts can't be trusted and I'm confident MSE experts will be along shortly to put the record straight. :)
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

The only explanation for the ERG'S behaviour is that they want to see the manifesto commitments honoured. Nothing more, nothing less. The WA does not deliver that.

The manifesto is impossible. However, if they were trying to honour it they'd be pushing to solve the border issue so that the WA can be dropped. They aren't, but are latching onto this to push their hard brexit agenda.
