Argos agent swearing on the phone ...

OP how much are you willing to accept from them to make it all better?0
-
It is rude for them to disagree but it is ok to say "F... Hell" ?? well well..
I agree, and I said it, she did not say it out loud in a very clear voice but rather like as if you are trying to hide what you are saying and yes it may come across to mumbling to the management but then again, when approach the agent "want to talk to your manager cos you swore" she said " it was not or or I did not swear sir it was somebody else.." which implies there was something said which not supposed to have happened.
Yes, I can take the £30 and walk away ...
I shall still insist for the voice recording as per the GDPR I am entitled to.
OP if this is the biggest concern you have in life atm can I swap with you?
You are making a mountain out of a molehill just accept the £30 and move on it's not f'ing difficult!First Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -

No no, she said it after she got frustrated and therefore was directed at me.
No wonder she was frustrated.
I worked in a call centre and can tell you that they have to put up with a flaming lot of crap very day. Wish I had got £30 for every customer that swore at me no matter how hard I was trying to help.
I never swore at a customer but cant tell you how tempted I was.
if your rambling on the phone was as difficult to understand as your ramblings on here then Im surprised it took so long.0 -

You told her you wanted 4 draw(er)s, she might have said "4? 'kin ell."0

-
Op, what if what you heard was another operator in the background?0
-
Me: "no, I want a 4 draw bed..."
Agent: "haaahhh (sight) f... hell"
Maybe they simply said "freaking hell" and you misheard.I know I know ... some will say "pay the seats and stop moaning" but yeh, freaking £70 for 2.Word origin of 'freaking'
euphemism for the taboo word fu**ing0 -
