    Just spoke to a solicitor on the phone for free half an hour they said to speak to a civil litigation solicitor as they have de valued my property but she said I should’ve got it in writing they wouldn’t pull out so I might be stuck

    Did you remember to mention to your solicitor that the reason they pulled out is because you failed to mention a subsidence issue that you covered up during viewings?

    Also, as much as you keep saying no-one can prove you gave them permission, can you actually prove it was them who tore down the kitchen??

    I still don't believe this to be a real story.

    Just remembered I’ve also got a text from them saying we will get it sorted just please stop with the phone calls.
    So they’ve already given their word they will put it right?

    I told them they pulled out because subsidence was found on the survey

    No, what you have is evidence of harassment.


    Look, i'll save you some time. There is no circumstance that results in you getting this paid for (except the possible naivety of the former buyers, but given they would have had a solicitor involved, im sure they would consult one before paying up)


    Personally if I was them I'd be contacting the police.

    Well there you go then. You've had a quick chat with a solicitor over the phone who has suggested you speak with a civil litigation solicitor so go and do that.
