With a salutation of 'Dear Sirs', the valediction is 'Yours faithfully' (note - neither 'sincerely' nor 'faithfully' should start with a capital letter after 'Yours').

I think that's one for your court manager friend rather than a parking forum.  Best get that kind of confirmation from the horse's mouth.

You don't need to put in the whole massive PE v Beavis transcript.  Only a pic of the sign placed next to a pic of their sign is recommended, and a page where you copy out paras 98, 193 and 198 where the Supreme Court said 3 times that the £85 charge was justified because it included ALL costs of the business model of letter demands.

Spoken to the court manager general line again and they didn’t offer much clarity but suggested it may be a good idea to merge all evidence into 1 document. Merging to commence shortly.

Why waste 11 pages on that?  Why not just copy the relevant paragraphs into a Word document - 2 pages max I would have thought. The Judge should have access to it via computer in any case.

That did enter my mind just now as I merged everything into a single document, but now it’s done it can stay there I think, it would be way to much hassle to change!

Acronyms should be defined? (M.A Contract = Managing Agent Contract? Why not simply say that in the email?)
