Letter Before Claim - SCS Law & UKPC - Please Advise
Comments

The letter sent to SCSLaw asked for their legal authority for the £60
THEY IGNORED IT ???? Silly SCSLaw.
I can understand SCSLaw not responding for the simple fact that they have no answer to their fake claim. NO REPLY, NO ANSWER TO THEIR LEGAL AUTHORITY can only mean their claim is highly flawed and unreliable. They go to court on the understanding that they must explain to a judge they are claiming an unlawful amount. The evidence for this is totally against their claim
Just let SCSLaw get spanked in court just like the rest of their cartel SCSLaw must ask themselves which one of the cartel suggested the fake £60 ???
BAD NEWS TO LISTEN TO nonsensical rubbish
Because SCSLaw FAILED, the following is a reminder ...Dear Sirs,,I refer to my recent email dated xxxIt must be assumed that you wish to ignore me as you continue to fail in your duty to explain your legal authority to add £60You are the claimant yet you cannot explain or confirm your legal authority to add £60. You should note that your reasons thus far are not applicable and do not give reason for your legal authority. Therefore, be advised that I consider your claim to be unreliable and I will ask the court to strike out your claim on the basis that you have failed to substantiate the amount claimedYours faithfully

Keep on asking the scam law firm the question. The more times they ignore it the worse it will look for them if it goes to court. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.3

I’ve just popped over to my old property where these PCNs were given to take some photos of the signage and entrances etc. It’s amazing I never noticed before (we moved away nearly 2 years ago) how unreadable, hidden and strategically high up out of view they are!!!
I also got a lovely Picture of the numbered bay, which the PCNs were received in - the numbered bay that I purchased the right to use with my property!3 -
The more you have to get SCSLaw spanked the better
It is amazing that SCSLaw are so stupid as to ignore letters that will be shown to a judge. Their ignorance deserves a spanking in court, and they will get it.
Fancy dealing with a so called legal who scams the public with fake amounts. Worst of all they are dealing with a known fraudster being UKPC ... THEIR CLIENT ???

Hi all, will I be frowned upon for not submitting my evidence in colour? Specifically photos of the area in question?0

Aren't you submitting electronically? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Umkomaas said:Aren't you submitting electronically? There is no specification of either on the request so I was going to print and deliver as it’s local to me.
is submitting electronically accepted??0 -
It does state that all evidence should be in a bundle and clearly numbered so I think that’s why I assumed paper copies. There is also no mention of e-delivery...1

I'd say all cases are being done electronically by courts right now, with remote hearings, due to the pandemic.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
