Letter Before Claim - SCS Law & UKPC - Please Advise

Hi guys, could really do with some exact help on submitted my docs, what are people experiences with post or email?
Ive either Got to spend a little
More time and effort printing of the final bits and pieces or use that time to scan in the final docs. I would of course rather email everything but don’t want to do that if I’m not supposed to.Can’t find any clear guidance online and the court isn’t open until Monday (if at all). Whatever I decide to do I need to do it this weekend.
Many thanks0 -
Looking at the letter you posted from the court, you have until June 10th to comply, ergo you could contact the court on Monday or send an e-mail today with a request for response by/on Monday. The letter is not clear as to whether you send ACTUAL paper documents or by e-mail to the court and claimant (well I would always e-mail the claimant). The letter is also ambiguous in that you seem to have to take two sets of originals! You are asked to further send copies witness statements by 24th June and bring originals to court but you have already been asked to send EVERYTHING you are going to rely on in court (which I would take to include witness statements) by 10th June! I would be asking for clarification.3

Thanks Le_Kirk. I think attepting to contact the court is the only option. I really needed to get it wrapped up this weekend as I don't have as much time on Monday/Tuesday but that's my problem. Thanks again for the response.0

Auto response received about their aim to respond within 5-10 working days to an email unless it is regarding a case within the next 48 hours. I'll just have to wait until Monday and try and catch them when they open at 08:30....0

Guess you have no response to the letters ?
SCSLaw are in denial about their fake claim. I wonder how they will explain away the fake to a judge especially when you show the judge your letters and how SCSLaw tainted their claim with an amount they cannot explain2 -
Of course not, absolute zero response or acknowledgment which is in fact, great for me to use!0

While you still need to contact you local court on Monday, please read legally qualified and regular court advocate bargepole's advisory input in the following thread:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
