I haven’t read his posts, I will do. Thanks0

Searching produced several results; here is one such 27 October 2019 at 9:14PM but even though it doesn't actually tell you how to go about getting one it does prove the search system is some use. I only searched using "transcript" maybe a search using "transcription services" would have been better.4

Good day all, hope everyone is well.
Well Well Well.... after sucessfully defeating UKPC and SCS back in September on behalf of my wife for the residential property that we used to reside at, I've just had a 'Debt Recovery Plus' letter drop through the letter box, this time, for me and not my wife.
I collected 1 or 2 tickets when we lived there a few years back but I assume that due to the small amount (in comparison to my wife and I'm sure others) that the 'debt' is for, they were elaving me alone.
The particular one they are chasing is not a 'non display of permit' as per my wies but for 'not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space'.
I remember this one, it was boxing day 2017, we had just arrived home after a 4 hour drive from seeing family and parked by the door to unload. Came down after 10 minutes to find a ticket!
My question is.... do you think I should let it ride out or put together a comprehensive reply outlining that they have already been defeated by me in court (even though this is a different reason fr claim...)??
Thanks as always, CVKTA1 -
If it's a simple debt recovery letter from DRP, then ignore it, but if it develops into a LBC or real court papers, come back on a new thread of your own (otherwise there will be confusion with your wife's case). My question is.... do you think I should let it ride out or put together a comprehensive reply outlining that they have already been defeated by me in court (even though this is a different reason fr claim...)??Your wife's case is different. So if a claim is raised against you, you will have to defend it from scratch. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ignore DRP but tell them and UKPC if you move house within 6 years.
As Umkomaas says, if you get a LBC from SCS Law (or other solicitor for UKPC) that it the time to set out the position, remind them that a claim would be without merit because you've already beaten them once, and cite Jopson v Homeguard (appeal) as the persuasive authority about residents unloading belongings.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’ve just received 2 identical letters from UKPC, both addresses to my wife, 1 with a cheque for our £47.50 costs, and another with a cheque for £219 addresses to someone else!! That amount rings a bell with the other case that was detailed from Leeds/York area..??I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
