I'll believe that when I see the maiden flight of Porcine Airways. ;)

    Incredible....
I’ve just received 2 identical letters from UKPC, both addresses to my wife, 1 with a cheque for our £47.50 costs, and another with a cheque for £219 addresses to someone else!! That amount rings a bell with the other case that was detailed from Leeds/York area..??

Good Morning all, hope everyone is well.
Should I have received a transcript from the courts by now (hearing was on 07/09/2020) ? If not how do I apply for it?
    Many thanks

You only get a brief judgment , not a transcript

If you want a transcript you pay a professional authorised company to do it , give them the details and pay a fee , not cheap

Thanks very much for the response.
I’ve not yet received any correspondence. I’m assuming I should have as it’s been 7 weeks?

Then contact the court who dealt with it , plus ask them to recommend transcript providers

No point asking on here , Nobody on here can answer your questions about it , but I believe Bargepole posted once about transcript services , have you read his posts ?
