Is there any chance of this having any gain? Or is it just to be a nuisance?!
It's the template with which DPD hits nine out of ten winners. I've yet to see anyone rushing to commence proceedings.

You might be wasting more of your time than theirs!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Thanks C-M!
I will share the court report once it arrives.
I will complete the requested absolutely. Thankfully, we no longer reside at the property.

I though I may get something but seemed to u-turn at the end as she said they hadn't acted unreasonably.

IMO she is wrong.  Surely it is unreasonable to pester a resident thusly when, clearly, they have parking rights.  Personally, I would take them to coourt  for data breach/harassment if they failed to compensate me.

Excellent result, well done to you.
  • The court report will merely be the judgement - hopefully it will state clearly the exclusive right to park overrides anything from the C

Onto costs - £95 is teh max FOR a half days loss of pay. If your loss of pay for a half day was £60, thats how much you should get.

I thought it was max. £95 for a day? Thus £47.50 for a half day.
