She told me that they could not accept anything by hand due to covid
According to government information on TV, the virus is nit transmitted on letters.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Couldn't accept it by you handing it over the counter but could accept it if you posted it and some other person (after it has been handled by countless others in the postal system) hands it over in a couple of days time!3

My brain has reached capacity for today I think!According to government information on TV, the virus is nit transmitted on letters.
To complete the day, I've just received a direct email from DJ Bull offering to clear up the confusion that has occured by my visit and conversation with the clerk today. She stated that they received my documents by email and that due to the current situation they have agreed to relax the limit and have this afternoon printed my evidence. She closed by hoping that her email had offered some clarity.
Roughly translated, our resident C-M was correct all along of course
I didn't feel comforatable taking the risk to be honest but sorted now.
Off for a lie down...3 -
......... and all that could have been avoided if they had taken the simple expedient step of amending the auto-response!CVKTA said:

Hi all, just about to start with a WS which I'll post for critiquing once completed. I've gone through the forum and found some examples, I'm liking the layout (and of course success!) of @DAngel 's WS.
I'll post once drafted but any ideas before hand feel free to throw my way!
Thanks1 -
I think a couple criticisms of my own WS was that it was a bit too long and waffly and really didn’t need as much detail as it had. Someone on my forum commented that it looked more like a defence! So keep yours more succinct. Good luck, I’m still following your story - looking forward to a successful outcome for you!3

It's good to start of with a WS that someone has used successfully but remember that a WS is "in support of your defence as already filed" so you can only use it for style and format. The WS is personal to you and your circumstances. Also remember what @DAgel wrote about waffle. WSs are not regurgitated defences, they are "in support of the defence" and the evidence that goes with the WS is to back up your defence.CVKTA said:Hi all, just about to start with a WS which I'll post for critiquing once completed.
