    Hi all,
All of the above is against my wife. Am I OK to represent her? I assume so.
At which point does this need to be declared? I assume at some point on the N180 form?
    Please advise.
    Thanks
Just turn up on the day (leave a bit more time) and tell the usher you will be a lay rep for the defendant.  Look up the regulations surrounding lay rep and also the rights of audience regs as some ushers do not understand them.

Just to add to Le_Kirk's comment...

You do understand that the named Defendant must attend even if a lay representative presents her case?

Everything must be done in your wife's name.  You simply accompany her on the day, no permission needed.

Hi all, hope everyone is OK during these times.
I've now received 'Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing)' which gives me date/time of 4pm on 20th May 2020 to send to the court all of the documents that I intend to rely upon at the final hearing, as well as then witness statement to be sent by a later date.
My question at this point is just really about clarification as to what I should be using? Are there official documents / templates or do I put this together myself using my previous corresondances / lease agreements / proporty deeds etc?
It's mad to think that with what is going on in the world, including all of the financial uncertainty and hardship that these scumbags are chasing for an illegitimate PCN!!!!
    Thanks as always.

You can refer to the NEWBIE sticky for guidance but essentially, it is a witness statement, evidence and a summary cost assessment (all covered in detail in the NEWBIE sticky second post.)  It is quite likely/possible that due to the ongoing situation, the court will try to turn your hearing into a telephone hearing.  You will receive guidance from the court on this.  Probably worth reading the Telephone Hearing thread by Coupon-mad just in case.  Here is a link to it: -

Hi all, for my own clarity and sanity I've attached a snippet from the letter received.
Can someone just clarify that I don't have to submit my documents by 10th June and then 24th June?
