Check your spelling, you have some errors, for example, unwarrented should be unwarranted.  In paragraph 5 you write of attaching a plan, this does not happen until witness statement stage.  You have some unnumbered paragraphs.

Just a thought  -  paras 20, 21 and 22 are in the section re Abuse of Process i.e. the added charges yet these paras deal with the property docs

Have you considered a counter claim for harassment/data breach?m   These companies have np place  in residential car parks .  Not only do they waste immense amounts of residents' time, they depress rents and  lower resale values.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Update: N180 form received.
Following the Newbies thread and running through Bargepoles recommendations (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016) for anyone following or needing reference.
Looking forward to a day out with these scumbags..!

    Hi all,
All of the above is against my wife. Am I OK to represent her? I assume so.
At which point does this need to be declared? I assume at some point on the N180 form?
    Please advise.
    Thanks
