Aha Warwick County Court, a known habitat of judge(s) striking out claims.

That is good news! Is there a history (cases I can look up) of that happening?

You could search the forum using Warwick as your search term and Coupon-mad as an author, she posts quite often about struck out cases - not sure how many different one at Warwick though.  I found this: -
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77111360#Comment_77111360
but there will be lots of other threads pointing to the same case(s).

Just reminding us all that you said this at the start:
I've dug out the lease for this property that I used to own and under the section 'Rights granted to the Lessee' is states:
The exclusive right to park one private motor vehicle on the parking space (or each of the spaces as may be the case) tinted in green an Plan 1 or as allocated by the Lessor or the Management Company in writing from time to time.

There are two Warwick strike-out judgments from DDJ Joseph for you to append to your WS in due course.  One was posted by @Jon8838 and the other by @Crystaltips76  (EDITED due to the folowing replies - thanks guys).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Update: I've received documentation from our friends at SCS (unfortunately, on time), with what they intend to rely upon in court.
Nothing new, just copies fo the original docs that they sent to me at the start; pictures fo the car in sitchu, copies of PCNs, copies of final reminders and their all important trump card - thier 'contract' with the managment company.
I have until 10th June to submit my documents, so I will get cracking and port for critiquing as always.
I think primacy of contract, lack of consultancy with leaseholders as per the L&T act with a touch of abuse of process will be my main points.
    Any early pointers welcome...

So, they are relying that the £60 fake add-on is actually real, or are they relying on a fabrication
