Sorry to hear you're not eating much denise but being in target range is a bit of a silver lining.:)

Thanks for the info. The drinks situation is much as I anticipated. It's exactly the same in Turkey, including the full fat tonic.:( There are Turkish wines but they're not that good so I stick to G&T.

What time's the KFC coming bubbs?;)

    Evening!

Well I'm afraid I'm bucking the losing trend on here - 3/4 lb on this morning :( I think I've realised that I can get away with the odd 'day off' when I'm maintaining but not when I'm trying to lose. So a back to basics week this week, no eating out planned, weighing everything and checking syns. I am still in target range but at the top end and I want to be at the bottom - the few pounds is the difference between two dress sizes for me.

    Todays menu
B Bran flakes fruit yoghurt and honey
L Mushroom tomato and bacon omelette, apple
D Chicken and veg stir fry (lots of speed) with noodles, orange (3 syns for my share of a packet sauce)
Snack Benefit bar (finally tracked down the jaffa flavour)

    Wishing everyone a good weekend.

I agree. I've worked out that I can maintain with a 3 day weekend but need to go down to 2 to lose. So, in a nutshell, I have to cut down on wine syns. :(:cry:

You become a diamond member when you've been at target for 1 year. No benefits unless you think having a competition annually for diamond members is a benefit!
