    Just going to put down my meal plan for today, as it helps me keep track.
    B - banana & satsuma
    L - porridge HEB & milk from HEA, sugar (2)
    D - eggs, bacon, sausage (4) tomato, mushrooms, beans, ketchup (1)
    snacks - apple. 0% natural yogurt with mango & mixed berries
    One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
