Generally I do either pork or beef. Tonight it was the last of the pork. Tomorrow I'll make beef with the YS beef I bought today.
My burgers are never the same twice. I start with meat and chopped onions then just think up what else I can mix in.
I find just beef dry, i mix pork and beef and spices of course:DSealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Evening all.
Busy day again today, but stayed on plan. I was a bit worried about dinner, as I hadn't planned anything, but all worked out ok in the end.
B - banana & satsuma
L - porridge HEB, sugar (1) & splash of milk from HEA
D - omelette (3 eggs, onions, mushrooms, bacon & seasoning). Cheese HEA2, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, more onions & dressing (2)
snacks - apple. wafer thin ham.
I even remembered to take a picture of it tonight - I usually snaffle it down too quickly, then remember afterwards, greedy little piggie that I am.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Lunch - hopefully be home and noodles and veg
Dinner - at mums but will be healthy
Snacks - grapes and apple

Good morning,
Some good looking meals posted lately....Keep them coming as it gives me ideas what I can do for me.:D
Fantsastic losses during this past week.....Well done to you all. Keep going and don't give up.:T:T
It seemed harder this week to keep on track. I only fell once last Friday. On way back from the pub:o Only kidding, I did not have too many:D
Good news is I have managed to shed -1 1/2lb this week...I will take that as a bonus for me.
Start of a new week, I am 15st 2.8lb according to my scales. I would love to be able to move into the 14st mark next week. Going to be a struggle but see what I can do.:j
What I find really annoying is the NHS Ideal weight chart....According to it I am still overweight and should be 13st 7lb to be below my top weight for my age and height...Is this really accurate. I would be like a stick and I dont have the build to be like that.

I completely ignore BMI as I think they should factor other things, I mean, look at a rugby player, they would be probably be considered as overweight, but the fact that they are full of muscle & fit as a fiddle doesn't factor in. I'm 5'2", think my BMI should be relevant to how I feel, not being a stick insect.
Tonight I find out how much I have recovered from my weekend. Was not helped by unexpectedly being invited out to lunch yesterday, however, I only had a jacket potato with chilli & salad, which was actually very filling. Went home with the attitude that I would have some soup when the time came to needing to eat but by the time I had fitted the new back for the letter box (postie managed to force my National Trust stuff through it at weekend &completely trash it!), & all of the ironing it was 9, decided then to have some bits of everything that did not need to be cooked that was left in fridge, so had chicken, tomato, cucumber, and a little bit of mash that was left over from night before, thought it would be better having that instead & soup for late lunch today, hopefully that will keep me going until after WI.A smile costs little but creates much0 -

I am glad someone is of the same opinion as me.....I played rugby, admittedly it was a while ago. Sadly some of the muscle and physique has gone..:rotfl:
Just prepared the veg for this evenings meal. On the subject of veg. I was in Asda yesterday looking for a swede...You can get whole swede, half swede and ready prepared chopped swede. Both the whole swedes and half swedes were around 500g or below where as the chopped prepared swede was 400g. The difference was that the prepared swede was 37p whereas the other two were 50p. Taking into account the preparation and loss of weight when the whole/half swede is prepared and the preparation itself. I have come to the conclusion that it is a no brainer not to buy it ready prepared. Great for adding to soups too...I just thought I would share this useless bit of information with you all...:D
B Porridge/half Banana
L Chicken and bacon soup for lunch
D Two sausages, stuffing ball and lots and lots of veg.
Snacks. Various fruit[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]

I am almost back at target...... primarily because i haven't eaten properly in about 4 days, so it's kind of falling off me. I'm really struggling mentally at the moment.....
I don't recommend getting back to target this way though. It's really not a good way of doing it0 -

Personally, I get on better with the height weight charts. My target weight is bang in the middle of the healthy weight for my height.
https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-weight/height-weight-chart/
Many 'experts' have discredited BMI. It'll be interesting to know whether the chart suggests a different healthy weight for your height. What really matters is if you're fit and free of health risks caused by being overweight like diabetes and strain on joints.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: veggie omelette with ham and beetrootSW Bolognese
Syns: 2.5 syrup
I have to go to a funeral this afternoon (elderly neighbour) but I don't plan to stay behind afterwards so food and drink should be in control.0
