Back from holiday today - feeling really tired after travelling at 2am this morning! Got back about 7am UK time (which would have been lunchtime in Goa!).

Not feeling too good today but I always feel like that after flying. Had a fry up for Brunch but probably won't have anything this evening. Had hoped to have a nap this afternoon but it didn't happen so will hopefully get an early night.

Need to do some shopping but as I haven't got a kitchen at the moment I'm going to have to use the motorhome to cook meals. Have got the fridge freezer on but it's in the living room!

Meals will need to be easy to cook or reheated from the outside freezer.

Maman some friends of ours went to do the Golden Triangle this week and they said it is freezing compared with Goa and they haven't got many warm clothes! They're returning to Goa on Sunday to enjoy some more sun for a week or so.

I am almost back at target...... primarily because i haven't eaten properly in about 4 days, so it's kind of falling off me. I'm really struggling mentally at the moment.....

I don't recommend getting back to target this way though. It's really not a good way of doing it :(

aw, thinking of you Stoke, hope your days get better soon, have a virtual hug from me!

    Good morning,

Some good looking meals posted lately....Keep them coming as it gives me ideas what I can do for me.:D

Fantsastic losses during this past week.....Well done to you all. Keep going and don't give up.:T:T

It seemed harder this week to keep on track. I only fell once last Friday. On way back from the pub:o Only kidding, I did not have too many:D

Good news is I have managed to shed -1 1/2lb this week...I will take that as a bonus for me.

Start of a new week, I am 15st 2.8lb according to my scales. I would love to be able to move into the 14st mark next week. Going to be a struggle but see what I can do.:j

What I find really annoying is the NHS Ideal weight chart....According to it I am still overweight and should be 13st 7lb to be below my top weight for my age and height...Is this really accurate. I would be like a stick and I dont have the build to be like that.

Well done:T:T:T still says i need to lose another 9lb, well they can swivel :rotfl::rotfl:

Welcome back denise. Thanks for the advice on Golden Triangle. The long range forecast is better but I'll make sure I have plenty of clothes just in case.:)

How long before your kitchen is habitable?:(

Sorry to hear you're struggling Stoke. Do post if you feel like it and pleased for you that the upside is you're losing the Christmas gains.:)

Sary Lots of people ask me about my Banana.....I have it the next morning with my Porridge...:o

I have half a banana on porage too:). My DH likes a range of fruit on his so he gives me half his banana.

Today's funeral went off well. My DH is working this evening so we couldn't go for refreshments afterwards. Not sorry as I really didn't need nibbles and booze.

Although I haven't been to WI, it's a new syn bank week for me. So far, just a couple of syns for Parmesan on my Bolognese.:)
