You become a diamond member when you've been at target for 1 year. No benefits unless you think having a competition annually for diamond members is a benefit!

Yes well this will be me hopefully in March, thought there would be some incentive

  • Hi all :D
Mind if I join you? I'm hoping you might keep me on the straight and narrow.

So the initial one eyed peek at the scales tells me I am 13 lbs beyond the top end of my healthy BMi weight, that and the struggle to do up the work trousers

I decided to take a conscious look at what is going on and it's evident how the syns are slipping in (dropped in unplanned at Parents today and one homemade scone with butter and jam later, then there is the lattes at work, baking with the kids, weekend drinkies......I could go on:rotfl:)

So back to writing everything down and trying not to lose interest after a week.:rotfl:

They're now saying to have extra Syns but select "Savvy syns" rather than sweets, crisps & alcohol! The number of extra syns depends on your average weight loss in the 8 weeks prior to reaching target. Have a look in the new book it's got details about it in there.

    Hi all :D
Mind if I join you? I'm hoping you might keep me on the straight and narrow.

So back to writing everything down and trying not to lose interest after a week.:rotfl:

Welcome! writing everything down is definitely what works for me. Good luck!

    Evening all,
Thank fudge it's Friday... I'd not got another day at work in me:cool:
It's been a really busy old week for me, but nothing major planned this weekend, so looking forward to a rest.

    Meal plan today:
    B - banana & satsuma
L - porridge HEB, splash of milk from HEA, sugar (2)
D - lamb leg steaks in rosemary & mint sauce (1) carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, wild rice with peppers, sweetcorn & peppers
snacks - kvarg Peach & passionfruit (0.5), Costa Americano with creamer (3)

The leg steaks were VERY disappointing as it was more slices of leg bones with cartilage in gravy. If there was a spoonful of meat I'd be surprised :( Glad there was a lot of veg on the plate otherwise I'd have been very hungry.

Picked up 4 Lindahl's Kvarg for £1 in Heron after work, so grabbed 8! 17g of protein for under 90 calories is brilliant in my book, and perfect as an evening snack.

Hope the delhi belly is better soon Denise
