It really doesn't seem fair when you've had a good week. Are you going away for a break from Thursday or will you be able to stick with plan?:)
I find it easier to just go to WI every 8 weeks (maximum to maintain access to website). If I'm still in range then, fine, I leave it another 8 weeks. If I'm not then I go until I've lost what I need.
While I have a fairly good consultant now, I don't feel attached to the group as, although they're friendly enough, it's not my original one.0 -

Good that you'll be cooking. A treat for your sister and you're in control. It does mean that you're sister will have to share picky tea though.
The Asda curry was OK. I'd have it again but not rave about it. It comes out free on the syns calculator. I just checked the new pack of Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh and it came out at 14.5 for the pack so 7+ each when it used to be 1.5. Why do they have to mess with things.0 -

Great loss Tete
Maman the lamb steaks were a ready meal affair - similar to what you get in all supermarkets, these were from
Heron and we’re frozen. Literally 3 slices of bone about 2” round some with a tiny bit of meat, maybe 1 centimetre on the edge, and others with no meat.
Got up late, so it was only an apple For breakfast on the move as had to take my car to the garage to get checked for a fault it’s deveoped. Seems to not be a costly remedy, so worthwhile.
Food today:
B - apple
L - porridge HEB sugar (2) apple & splash of milk from HEA
D - h/m KFC chicken breast with sw chips & salad. Ketchup (1) salad dressing (1)
‘‘Twas delicious and OH said my diet is definitely providing great dinners. We would usually have us McD’s of KFC on a non-plan Saturday, but that’s why I now need to lose 3 stone!!
Will try to post a pic of dinner. Was glad to find panko finally in Sainsbury’s

Morning all. Up early again this morning, I'm really struggling with getting back onto UK time. Was a bit better this morning as got up at 5.30am which is an hour later than yesterday! Only another couple of hours to go to get back to "normal" time, hopefully won't take too much longer.
Welcome to all newbies & returners. Well done to all the losers.
Sary I used to use polenta as a coating but now usually use WM breadcrumbs if I need a coating. Usually only use 1 slice of bread so 0.5 HEB which leave me with another 0.5 to have some Ryvita or Alpen Light as an evening snack.
Today's plan:
B - Fry up - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans, tomato
L - LO pasta, meatballs in tomato sauce
D - SC beef stew & mash
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - may have some cheese on the pasta but not sure
HEB - not sure but maybe a couple of cereal bars
Syns - nothing planned but as I'm not drinking at the moment it won't be alcohol syns, lol!

It's 1.75 off for me this week. Think I've been lucky though as I found the biscuit jar in the Staff room. Will have to be super good this week so it doesn't catch up with me.
Hopefully the rain will stay away and I can walk to work.2019 Weight Loss Goals

That's a good loss haylaluru. :T I averaged 1.5 a week when I was getting to target and it's proved (relatively;)) easy to maintain.Syns - nothing planned but as I'm not drinking at the moment it won't be alcohol syns, lol!

That's a silver lining to the antibiotics I suppose denise.:( I know having more alcohol free days when I had my cold and couldn't taste anything helped me.
Today's one of the few Sundays we've been at home this month and I'm really looking forward to my roast. I love my Sunday dinner.:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, half HEB toast, fried egg, bacon, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L:ham, stir fried veg and may have noodles too if I'm hungry enoughJO roast pork, SW roast potatoes, carrot & swede mash, red cabbage, kale, broccoli and cauli
Syns: HM gravy 4? weekend wine:D0
