    I shop at Tesco and Iceland mainly because Tesco local and Iceland in town but get free delivery :)

    Morning all.

    Week 3 loss of -3 lb.

    Not quite sure how I managed it, must have been just registering at group and being inspired.
    However I have tried to eat less carbs and sweet stuff.
    curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!
