Slightly off topic. I just wondered where you lovely lot shop and which supermarket you would rate on being competitive on price and good for sw foods? X

More good losses ...... Suffolksue, tete, TIE and Pennylane....:T:T
Flat Eric
I would say that Lidl will be the cheapest but choice is not as good as some of the bigger names....
Asda followed by Morrisons and Tesco.....
Sainsbury's and Waitrose are in my opinion the most expensive two.
If you are searching for particular items then here is a good place to start

OMG, I'm rich! Silver in the hair, Gold in the teeff, Crystals in the Kidney, Sugar in the blood, Lead in the butt, Iron in the arteries and an inexhaustible supply of natural gas! I never thought I would accumulate such wealth!! :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

WI with another -1.5lb :j amazed isn’t the word as feel bloated and the clean jeans test saw a bit of a muffin top . Better keep on it this week
Got results of MRI and back condition has deteriorated, discs bulging and pressing on nerve so that’s the pain in my leg
. Referred to Orthopaedics now plus upped meds (again) .
Was at theatre last night (managed to stay awake before we went!) to see Jason Manford, great night very funny ( both him and his support) fatigue hit toward the end where I had no energy to even laugh. My back was very painful too as the seats were uncomfortable! Not much leg room either, the bloke next to me man spread so I was squashed over to hubby to avoid him
. Was an enjoyable night out with my man! Slept till 11am though
Have a good weekend all :ALost 2 lb this week so total of 6 lbs. Hoping to get half stone award next week.

Well done tie :T
I hope wrestling with his nibs hasn't worsened your back /leg. I think you need to tell your employer that you need adjustments.I am mainly an Aldi girl.
Good on price & on selection.
I mostly watch what I buy.
I shop in Aldi too FE. It's great for all the basics for cooking from scratch. If you want low syn ready meals then you'll have to shop around. Obviously Iceland for the SW stuff but I found some low syn meals in M&S yesterday for sary. Wherever you shop planning is key.
Hope picky tea went well bubbs . My dinner's nearly ready, still can't taste anything, but I know it's syn free!0 -
My wife had the urge for a Smoked mackerel and salad and potato My first time trying the fish (im a cod and herring lover) and the fish is not for me, I thought it were like eating burnt old sunflower oil, then discovered the tesco smoked mackerel is 4 1/2 syns per slice of fish I ate half of one left the other 4 slices, told the wife I dont like it and its allot of syns on one plate for me. I ate the salad and pototes though. A fruit salad was for desert:
Oranges (hidden on bottom).
Plum.
Strawberry.
Banana.
Apple.

Another Aldi shopper here. I get most things from there, with an occasional trip to others if I need something specific. Here's a list that could be helpful if you're new to Aldi:
