I'm full of cold but it does have a silver SW lining. As I can't really taste much I stuck with Lemsip last night. I know it has syns but compared with weekend wine it's healthy!
I needed to save up some syns as we're out for afternoon tea tomorrow to celebrate a friend's birthday.
Today's EE plan :
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: ham, pickles, fried vegHB steak, onions, mushrooms, tenderstem broccoli, SW chips
Syns: syrup 2.5 and whatever else I fancy to drink.0 -

Happy Saturday everyone :A
WI with another -1.5lb :j amazed isn’t the word as feel bloated and the clean jeans test saw a bit of a muffin top . Better keep on it this week
Got results of MRI and back condition has deteriorated, discs bulging and pressing on nerve so that’s the pain in my leg
. Referred to Orthopaedics now plus upped meds (again) .
Was at theatre last night (managed to stay awake before we went!) to see Jason Manford, great night very funny ( both him and his support) fatigue hit toward the end where I had no energy to even laugh. My back was very painful too as the seats were uncomfortable! Not much leg room either, the bloke next to me man spread so I was squashed over to hubby to avoid him
. Was an enjoyable night out with my man! Slept till 11am though
Have a good weekend all :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Afternoon!
Well done, Suffolksue, tete and TIE and thanks for the chart Chris.
The chicken zingers I made last night were fab and really easy - 2 syns each but well worth it. http://pinchofnom.com/recipes/low-syn-kfc-zinger-burgers-slimming-world/
Todays Menu
B Orange - (wasn't hungry)
L Beans on toast, yoghurt
D HM chicken and spinach curry, rice, salad and mint yoghurt.
Syns for spread on toast and curry paste.
Saw on a facebook group that the new style Aldi Rogan Josh with rice in the pack is 20 syns :eek:0 -
Lost 2 lb this week so total of 6 lbs. Hoping to get half stone award next week.0

So presumably OK. (They don't appear on the syns online thing).
Reporting a 2lb loss this week :j that's two losses in a row - unheard of! Very pleased!
Plan for today:
B - Banana
D - Bacon and mushroom omelette
T - Sausages and mash, peas and gravy
HEA - Milk
HEB - None?
Syns - Sausages (10.5)*, Sugar (5?), prob some choc or something as it's weigh day but tbh I'm not desperate for it - who even am I?
*That's the last of my synful sausages used up.
Have a fab weekend everyone!
