    Marmie, 5% pork mince (free) season, i did with garlic granules, mixed herbs and black pepper, obviously boil and peel eggs:p blit the mince with seasoning till smoother , mould round eggs, then i roll in instant mash( this is synned now but was free when i started so i dont count it:p) spray with frylight or oil, put on a rack with tray underneath and put in oven for 10 mins, take out and turn spray again back in for 10/15 mins
