Too high a heat will scramble the egg! Make sure you keep stirring so it doesn't stick, then stir in the other ingredients. You just want to coat the pasta really and heat it all through.
I'm feeling the pressure a bit with a few of you saying you'll try it - hope it's actually nice and not just my weird taste! I was looking for an alternative to quark as I too hate the taste, fromage frais is a bit less pungent.
What is W9R2? I've googled it to no avail! I'm guessing walk 9 run 2 (minutes)? Is it an alternative to C25K? I've actually been running for eight years next month, but have had recurring injuries following a sprained ankle for the best part of the last two years so I'm really trying to ease myself back in gently (last time I got overexcited when my ankle didn't hurt anymore, ran 15 miles in a week, and was out again for about another four months with some sort of sprain across the tops of my toes) I did C25K when I first started running so I have faith in it. So far so good!
Marmite that is very hard to answer without knowing what you actually have to hand! Why don't you go to your fridge/cupboard and pick five ingredients you'd like to use and we can see what we'd do with them?
Well done Bozwood and Sary on your losses!

Maybe a stir fry with the cubed steak, cut the carrot into ribbons or grate it. With onions, mushrooms and shredded cabbage? Soy sauce is free as is boiled rice - or you could make egg fried rice as you have eggs. That's my first thought.Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -

Well done sary and bozwood on your losses.:T
WI for me tomorrow. I'd love a loss as I've had a good week but I'm sure there's some New Year treats to catch up.
sary, do ask if you want us to look up any syn values for you.:) We're happy to do that for anyone doing SW from home. I suspect if SW are selling the books on eBay then there'll be a few more along soon. Great idea to put the post from esmy at the start of the thread tweets (thanks chrisv). We're often asked what it's like doing SW online so that might help.:)
I haven't tried baked oats klew but denise likes them. She makes them in a muffin tray.:)
I find planning helps me so that I don't have to think daily what to have for dinner. It only takes 5 minutes to write down 7 (or fewer) dinner ideas each week before I go shopping. For breakfast and lunch I just make sure we have plenty of ingredients in. I did it long before SW when I was working crazy hours and it really saves time. It's also very mse as I do my plan based on what I have in and only buy what I really need.
Sorry, can't remember who asked for breakfast ideas. It really depends how much time you have in the mornings. What about beans on toast? or eggs? Or if you've little time at home then you could hard-boil eggs and cook sausages the night before.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, banana
L: veggie omelette, ham, pickles, cottage cheeseSW spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: syrup 2.5, Parmesan 2?
As I've got heaps of syns left (probably about 25). I treated myself to a small bar of 70% dark chocolate last night. It was yummy.0 -
