Amazing news gtq. Martin would be proud of you.:money:
I'm doing a bit of both but in a positive way. I'm sticking with 1 HEA and 1 HEB and I'm doing the new syn values. I don't like flavoured yogurts anyway but if I buy any it'll be the syn free Greek to make overnight oats. I just feel a little more comfortable knowing that if I did go over on milk any day I'd be covered.
I only have cereal on WI days or if I'm going out for lunch gts. I find it the lightest, least filling breakfast.
I know you said you're not going to do SW dinners but you are having quite a few syns through the day before you have your dinners. If it's the Okros yogurt that's a minimum of 6 (up to 7.5), 3.5 for the Pufts. You can have milk and cheese on the new plan but measured. That would only leave about 5 syns for your dinner and a korma could be 17:eek: Are you still eating things up from the freezer/fridge/cupboards? It'll get much better when you can buy in SW friendly foods.
I had some beansprouts to eat up so had a SP lunch. Most of my SP meals are accidental but it must help to keep the carbs down when possible.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, scrambled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: ham with stir fried vegbaked haddock, mash (potato, carrot, spring onion and kale) with asparagus, tomatoes and mushrooms
Syns: HP sauce 1
Thanks. I know I’m not doing well on syns. I think I’m only half following till I get my head round it all and not sure I want to get bogged down with counting syns at the moment.
I am making quite a few things from pon and hopefully will start moving towards a more syn friendly sw soon.
The oykos yogurts are finished. It’s some kind of muller lemon type thing tomo. With pineapple salsa... and two pigs in blankets that my mum made.:o but the old me would have eaten 5! I have frozen the rest in batches and will have them for lunch over the next few weeks.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
