    Looks lovely Marmite!

Re. Chilli - I normally make it just like I would a bolognese but I add in some kidney beans, I get the ones that are tinned in a chilli sauce, they are free, and might add a bit of chilli powder, but I don't like it very hot. I'm sure others will have better advice!

Re. Baked oats - I'm not a fan of cooked fruit so I used to make 'carrot cake' muffins with grated carrot and cinnamon. Haven't had them for ages so will have to make a batch soon!

That's how I would make it Bubbs but without the paprika (will be trying THAT!) so maybe you just need to water it down (maybe with a stock cube so you don't lose the flavour? Or more spices?)

Maybe if you like onions.....Like me....I would puree a load and add that to bulk it out a bit with a bit of water and stock cube....I do the same with a curry....Loads of onions....I know you would think that it wouldn't taste nice but it really does...:D

Thanks for the mug shots info, Tete. Such a shame as I found them a handy syn free option on occasion.

    Hi, SarahC74.

Bozwood and sary, those are brilliant losses!

Disastrous day SW wise today, culminating (until the present moment) in a (most delicious) Hello Fresh meal of Toulouse style Sausage with mustardy lentils and garlic bread . There were carrots, shallot, garlic and baby spinach in among the lentils. Although all 3 meals have been very, very good, they are not really SW friendly – as they come. I could probably tweak them to bring them more in line with SW ………. but they were really tasty!

    Evening all.
My eating has been a disaster today.....
So I thought sod it and carried on.
I don't normally do chocolate but sadly I have today and lots of it.

Hope I'm in a better mood tomorrow and will be back to normal.
    Plus temptation has now gone
