    Evening everyone.

Well, it was my first weigh in at SW after re-joining last week.

I am happy to report a loss of 5.5lbs so I came out in a good mood!

Our consultant said that the syns had been lowered and at the same time taken off the HEX list. Not sure of the logic but that's what was said.
Thank you! When I searched I kept seeing CG soups on lists up on Pinterest as low syn or HEX, so I was totaly confused!

2 syns is ok for the soup :)

    How are you?

Hey Beanie, I'm good thanks - back here to repair the damage I've done in the past year. Nice to see you are still here
Great news about the soup; that's more like it at 2 syns.

I've had a busy old day packing away all the Christmas decs. We got the most enormous tree this year, which was beautiful, but a bit of a beast at over 7ft tall. Suffice to say it's left an awful lot of mess to clear up. It took about 5 hours to get it all done, and now I feel a bit pooped, but nice to be able to see the walls and furniture again.

    Food today:
Brunch = eggs, bacon, mushrooms, beans, tomato with a dolce gusto 2 syns
Snack = small piece (1") of HM flapjack oats from HEB + 3 syns for cooked banana in it
Dinner = steak, mushrooms, tomato, onions, SW chips ketchup 1 syn. Fruit juice 4 syns
    HEA milk in drinks
    Total syns: 10

OH is absolutely loving my new eating plan, as he's eaten the same as me today and says he hasn't eaten so well in ages.

I'm having a day where I really feel fat today, so glad I'm actually to be doing something about it.

Marmite & Abbafan1972 briliant losses :j I'm already feeling nervous about WI next Weds and worrying nothing will have shifted :(
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
