I know, i have just woken up missed the news, emmerdale etc:eek::rotfl:b

Tonight I watched a programme on Red Quest about the twins who were both 600lb each and their weight loss/surgery, so sad for the second twin who's heart stopped, but luckily survived.
The trouble with these programmes is they never seem to follow up with how these people are doing now.
    They were lovely supportive sisters.

Tonight's crustless quiche was a disaster, I put too many mushrooms in it and it turned out like a wet sponge.
Binned it and ended up with just a big salad.

Our consultant said that the syns had been lowered and at the same time taken off the HEX list. Not sure of the logic but that's what was said.

You don't need to be told that coffee for 2 meals isn't enough. :naughty: If I'm in a coffee shop I have an Americano with hot milk. But I suppose you needed the cappuccino to fill you up. :)

I've managed OK with an alcohol free Friday. Don't think I'll make a habit of it though. :rotfl:

Well done maman, it's also my first alcohol free Friday for a long, long time.
Not sure if I will manage all of January but I will give it a go.

OMG is this why my quiches are always sort of wet and uncooked?! I love mushrooms :o

Ooh I'm pleased about this, much prefer CG soups to tinned ones and the syns are way lower than I remembered/expected. I use my HEB on the bread so synned suits me!

Well I'm reporting in with a STS for this week please Chris - I got weighed last Saturday but only started back on plan on Wednesday, and before that had lots of goodies to eat up, so a STS is alright I reckon.

I just got inordinately annoyed when I went to print off my info PDF and saw they've jazzed it up with a full-colour high-resolution photograph splashed across every A4 page  Online membership is the same price as meetings, but we have to print all our own stuff and now they've made it super wasteful of ink. I'm desperate to get started and plan my meals for the week though so I've just had to suck it up and have printed it in B&W to minimise cost. Hmph.

Anyway, I'll be back shortly with my plan for the day...

With the soups my consultant said Heinz had finally given SW full ingredients information so they were able to accurately calculate amount of free foods in the soup and therefore able to more accurately syn them and that is why the syns have come down.
    Makes sense to me.

Ended yesterday right at the top of my syns allowance but it could have been much worse.
    Today's plan:
Breakfast - bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes
Lunch - at mums, will have some syns but manageable
    Dinner - salmon stir fry

    HA - milk
Other HA and HB - undecided because don't know what's for lunch
    Syns - lunch
    Zebras rock
