I looked at the quark uses on the first page, I've never bought it before and wondered which people buy?

I buy the plain one in Tesco's and add it to my curry, makes it nice and creamy without the syns, not keen on it on its own though.

Well although I am not starting until Monday, I am prepared, got myself a new book to keep my food diary tracked and a weighted hula hoop, I suspect most of the calories burnt whilst using it will be me picking it up from the floor repeatedly :rotfl:

Happy New Year, everyone. Lang may yer lum reek!
I've been MIA again. I'll start back on Monday; too much going on! I have [STRIKE]demolished[/STRIKE] disposed of a Maltesers multipack selection box (DH nought me this; I'd never seem the like before; it was [STRIKE]scrummy[/STRIKE] disgusting), so that it's out of temptation's way. I still have 2 big boxes of chocs, but I have no interest in opening them - yet! Just wait till the Bairns capitulate again on Saturday. Do you realise they're the only professional team in Britain not to have won at home this season? No wonder I'm demented! Ah well. we're back on the transfer merry-go-round. 4 out, 4 in so far, including a boy from Stoke (Mark Waddington, 6 mth loan)!

I'll try to read back, but not promising. I WILL re read the info pages,

  • Well, having braved the scales, I came through the last 3 weeks with an impressive +2lbs I was genuinely surprised as I had given up trying to stay on plan, so just did my best in the circumstances. Hopefully, I will get rid of that this week, finally got some fresh food in, so definitely on plan from tomorrow, although I am going to pantomime at the Palladium tomorrow!

I started at SW last Saturday. Went home full of good intentions then kept finding Xmas bits that needed eating up! They’re all gone now and I have dug out my walking boots and do a half hour brisk as I can walk every day. I feel better just for doing that.

Had tuna steaks, jacket potato and lovely salad for tea. No dessert. Have also switched from toast, butter and jam to oat bran and banana for breakfast. If I lose just a tiny bit this week I will be happy.
