    I'll try to read back, but not promising. I WILL re read the info pages,
    I think we should go back and read those again as they may be a bit out of date now.

    Evening everyone

    Not been able to get to class since the 20 Dec, work comittements, I have been piggy since then too. So I have given myself a good talking too, and got back on track, first WI of the new year will be next Thursday, then I'm off on holiday for a week, so I will put down as my target for this challenge 4lb

    Thanks Chris ☺
    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Proud with myself that I managed a full day on plan yesterday. Today will be more difficult as I'm not working and out for a meal tonight

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes
    Lunch - pita, hummus, veg
    Dinner - not sure yet
    Snacks - off to a tea room that does most lush cakes. Plan is just a drink and a small piece of daughters cake

    HA - milk
    HB - wm pita
    Syns - cake and meal out
    Zebras rock

    Morning everyone. Been feeling really rubbish the past couple of days; headaches bordering on migraines, really tired and achy. My meals (where I've been eating them) have all been on plan, but last night I just sat on the sofa and ate half a box of after eights and mindlessly ate peanuts. Trying to not beat myself up over it but it's difficult.

    Today is a new day, I feel a lot better (even if I am more bloated) and I'm just taking each meal at a time.

    B - Porridge (HEA & HEB)
    L - Ham and Leek Risotto (gammon, leek, rice, courgette, onion)
    D - Beef Goulash with broccoli and cauliflower
    Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £
    LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000
    Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 2017

    Flat Eric it's likely that the Facebook page is one specific to bubbs' SW group, I think a lot have them.

    As for me weigh in was as expected yesterday +3.5lb, enjoyed every one! Luckily I'm still at the 2.5 stone lost point so just 7lb to my next award.

    Pun intended?:rotfl:

    It's hard after Christmas when there are still goodies around ruby, especially if you're not feeling well. But today's a new day and good to hear you sounding positive.:)

    Good idea to share some cake kathrynha. I always think it's best to have something like that when you're out rather than have a whole cake at home when you feel it has to be finished.;)

    I'm still keeping up with the water drinking. I discovered this morning that my largest mug (330mls) is bigger than my largest glass (250mls) so that'll help in this cold weather. I'll have hot blackcurrant which I enjoy.

    I have everything in for today's meals but I will be meal planning and shopping later. I'm hoping for a perfect week to get myself back into range. Fingers crossed no unexpected invitations come my way.

    Today's EE plan:
    B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
    L: lentil and veg soup
    D: chicken casserole (onions, leeks, mushrooms, celery, carrots, courgettes, butter beans) with new potatoes, cauli and broccoli
    Syns: syrup 2.5, cornflour 1
