It's interesting bubbs . I checked and there is no yoghurt listed in the back of the new book that's free. Then while I was on the dairy page I noticed that there was no free cottage cheese. So I checked syns online and it's still free on there. Do we know if syns online has been updated?
Aldi sell plain quark curl girl . I don't use it myself so can't recommend.

L salad (tomatoes, sweet corn, chopped ham, shredded smoked beetroot (syns?), red slaw (syns?) 4 cherry toms & baby bel light
T GF pasta, cheese, toms, spring onions, beans, American mustard mayo (syns?)
HEA - milk/cheese/baby bel
HEB - porridge
Thurs - B - 50g porridge (syns?) made as above
L - as above but without cherry toms & baby bel (didn’t have time)
T - 3 small egg omelette with 2 onions, 3 spring onions, tomato & cheese with beans & mushy peas. American mustard mayo (syns?)
HEA - milk/cheese
HEB - porridge
Need some help with syn values but think I’m within allowance
Did find 40g of oats wasn’t enough as felt very hungry by lunch. So upped to 50g and could Have quite easily gone past lunch before eating.
Have split milk with cheese as don’t use even half of allowance on 2 coffees and oats. Used grated cheese so needed less
American mustard mayo would be the most syns but then again probably only a dessert spoons worth.
Any help greatly appreciated especially on porridge so I can work out syns for big bowl on Saturday
Thanks in advance :A I know you’ll put me rightIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
