    Morning all :A
WI with gain of .8lb, happy with that as only been back on the wagon for 3 day so imagine it could have been a lot worse :o

Chilling today as my legs are killing me, a combination of new (heavy) boots and sensory circuits with his nibs i.e dragging him up and down the corridor on a scooter board. He loved it, me not so much :rotfl:
Hoping the novelty has worn off as can’t keep doing it because of my back/leg condition & CF.

Off for a slow walk with dog (me not him) :o

    Have a good weekend :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Tonight I watched a programme on Red Quest about the twins who were both 600lb each and their weight loss/surgery, so sad for the second twin who's heart stopped, but luckily survived.
The trouble with these programmes is they never seem to follow up with how these people are doing now.
    They were lovely supportive sisters.

CurlGirl, these programmes are my guilty pleasure (not really the right word, there) and there are follow up programmes although they jump around a bit in terms of channels and don't always follow the initial show. I think they're called My 600lb Life: Where Are they Now. It struck me what dreadful lives some have had to get to this point. Some do extremely well and make massive improvements to their health.

Finished on 5.5 syns yesterday so making up for the middle of the night digestives a bit!

    Todays Menu:
    B Mushroom and bacon omlette
L Left over pasta bake from yesterday or the last of the broccoli and stilton soup
D HM burgers, SW chips and salad (wholemeal roll for HEB)
HEA - milk for drinks and maybe a bit of cheese on the burger

    Have a good weekend everyone.
  • I'm not feeling to good today....I was attacked last night....People broke into my house and dragged me to a pub where they forced me to drink copious amounts of Guiness and other horrible alcoholic drinks.

When that was all over they made me crawl home where the fridge monster took hold of me and filled my mouth with all sorts of calorie rich foods...I tried to fight him off but it was no good as temptation stepped in and she got the better of me...

This morning I awoke and some one had trashed my bedroom...My clothes were strewn about the place. I think I must have been beaten about the head to as it did hurt. My mouth tasted like a sewer..

    Thankfully recovery is almost complete...:D

    Back on it today....

B Porridge sachet/half banana black coffee
    L homemade veg soup
    D Breaded fish with vegetables...

As did I Tete, as did I :rotfl:

    Happy 2019 everyone !

Well after a couple of days away over new year, WI today saw a +5.5 lb which I can live with but getting straight back to it. (Hubby can finish off the Christmas stash.....otherwise they'll be given to the human dustbin aka son)

I'm going with mum to buy her Birthday present later on but will get the stuff for a spag bol tonight - I've also decided to have a dry week ...not going to promise a dry January but taking it at a week at a time.

Will try & go swimming & running tomorrow to get back in the groove.

MY DH is finishing off the Christmas stash too gts. The last mince pie went today and now he's onto chocolate biscuits.:D

I was lucky to get some YS red cabbage and apples so I'm going to do some of the Delia recipe for the freezer.

I know you like to use syns in your recipes tete but You might like to try Tesco wine stock pots. I use the red wine ones for boeuf bourguignon (we're having it tomorrow:D) and they're really excellent. I have some white wine ones too but haven't used those yet.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB overnight oats with red berries, HEA milk for drinks
    L: LO chickenless casserole
D: Aldi Slimwell chicken curry with SW chips and HM pilau rice
    Syns: weekend wine:j

I'm hoping the curry is free but as I've got 101.5 syns left I'm not worrying!:rotfl:
