Thank you for the welcome :)

9 weeks tomorrow I fly out to Australia. I go every year to see my parents for 2 weeks and I'd like to have lost 2 stone by then.

I have no idea if that's even possible! But I'll give it a shot.

I'm looking forward to getting back on with it :)

I make that about 3 pounds weight loss per week ..... best wishes! :)

    Thank you Chrisv

I would like to lose 10lbs in the next challenge please.

Life here is v difficult at present .
DH is falling frequently and we have an appointment at a big hospital at the end of April .
The Parkinson's diagnosis is being questioned and another degenerative neurological condition is likely .The neurology specialist physio reckons he has bits of several conditions .!

I've always been a comfort eater ,but am telling myself that I can at least control what I put in my mouth,if not much else in life at present ,we had had to cancel our next break at the end of March ,so at least no hotel food to sabotage me !

We try to find humour where we can ,this mornings fall was as he ushered in the sky engineers (I was putting the bins out) ,they picked him up ,I am so grateful they were lovely it was the girl trainees 2 nd day .I don't dare give specific praise on my feed back ,as my friend is worried they might get into trouble as they probably weren't insured to .
We have been joking that they probably have lots of customers who are so excited ,they fall at their feet !

Same from me sue . You're so right though that being in control of your food will help you. It'll also keep you healthy and that's so important. :A

Have you been on holiday all the time bubbs or at your sister's? Glad you enjoyed yourself, so did we. :D

i would like to get my stone award tomorrow. need to lose just half a pound to do it!

I feel “fat” today even though I have stuck to plan all week and had no slip ups.

I would then love to lose another stone before my holiday in June.
