Apologies for my tirade against junk food.:o

Sorry to hear about your car tete. Hope you're OK and if you had a small loss you must be sticking fairly closely to plan.

I notice you have BoB milk for your HEA midge. I think it's really good but it's quite hard to come by round here.

I didn't manage to post yesterday. I was out for lunch and while I didn't eat in the evening (not hungry), I probably had too many syns mainly in some bread with my salmon starter and a couple of glasses of wine syns. Everything else was SW friendly including a generous side of veg with my main (chicken wrapped in pancetta).

Back on plan 100% today. That's until the next time (Saturday) that I'm out for lunch. I find it easiest to just be as low syn as possible most day and then keep my syns for things I'll really enjoy.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk, half banana
L: cold chicken, LO fried veg and pickles
    D: SW Bolognese with pasta
    Syns: 2.5 syrup, Parmesan 2?

We've got football tonight but I'll hopefully just have a coffee.

    .....Hi Maman and fellow SW's

Still popping in every now and then, and pleased to say still within target range. SW is a lifestyle plan and not a diet per se. With you on the junk food.

Hi everyone I lost half a pound which was ok. I need a pound to get to my six stone so I Need to lose that next week
  • Hi everyone

Had a good day today. Walked the dog and then did a gym class before work. Stayed on plan with the following:

B - Two scrambled eggs on one slice of wholemeal toast (B)
L - Salmon flakes and salad with a baked potato.
D - Pan fried chicken (used Frylight) with a rich tomato sauce served with broccoli, cauliflower and peas.

Milk is my A choice and some cheese on the chicken. No snacks.

Expecting a bad food day tomorrow, I have a conference with lunch provided and then am out to Bingo with work colleagues, hence no Syns today (in fact, very few for the whole week!)

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank chris for doing the chart. I don't participate in the challenges myself as, being a target member, all I'd put down every time would be maintain but the challenge is such a brilliant idea and helps us stay on track. Well done chris!:T:A

Today I've got another chance to indulge myself. DH is out again this evening so I can have my favourite egg and chips for dinner!:D It was my plan for Monday but I didn't feel hungry enough to bother. Also, although I have plenty of Speed available, it's not essential as today's going to be an Old Style Green Day. I could even have extra HEXs if I want!

    Today's Green Plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, baked beans, HEB toast with HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese, spring onion and pickles
D: fried eggs, SW chips, mushrooms, tomatoes and asparagus
    Syns: none!

Afternoon all! I was originally inspired by Bubbs and Tweets, and have now been doing SW just over 6 weeks and am converted 😁. Long way to go still, but have lost 1st6lbs so far. My plan was to just pop in with my Best coupon and pick up the books and go, but I have been staying to group each week so far. Although I have learnt more from my friend who has been doing it since July and lost more than 4st, than my ‘Consultant’, about the website and being able to log my food and syns. I feel this is really helping me to stay focussed, being able to see at a glance what I have eaten, Speed vs Free etc, plus keeping track of syns. OH is on board too, so we keep each other motivated. He doesn’t go to group and eats out regularly for work, but is making better choices now and losing weight too 👍.

I weigh in on a Tuesday and would like to take part in the next challenge if I may. This week’s loss was 3lbs, yay 🥳.

Can I aim for 18lbs over the 9wks of the challenge please.

Off to buy more fruit and veg 😂.
