    Afternoon all.

Put me down for 9lb loss in the challenge please :)

Who watched the junk food diet programme on ITV last night? I only caught the 2nd half, but was really staggered by the results. I know that we wouldn't indulge quite that much ordinarily, but having said that, a house across the road from us has takeaway delivery 3-4 times a week, and that's a family with 3 children, so it does go on.

So food plan yesterday (which I refused to have scuppered by having to go out AGAIN after work!)
    B - banana, nectarine
    L - M&S tuna pasta salad (4), 0% total with mango & strawberries
D - grilled chicken with bacon & maggi seasoning sheet (1.5), savoury rice & mixed salad. Dressing - can anyone help on the syns for this? M&S low fat Caesar dressing. I will guess at (2) for now.
    HEA - milk in tea/coffee
HEB - didn't get round to having one
Extra syns - costa white americano (3)

    Meal plan today:
B - banana, Aldi 0% skyr yogurt with passion fruit (1.5)
L - mixed salad, ham, HEBa grated cheese, with low fat Caesar dressing (2)
0% greek yog with mango & strawberries
D - not decided yet. Think I might have eggs, bacon, SW chips, mushrooms & beans - will confirm later
    HEA2 - milk in tea/coffee
Extra Syns: costa white Americano (3)
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank chris for doing the chart. I don't participate in the challenges myself as, being a target member, all I'd put down every time would be maintain but the challenge is such a brilliant idea and helps us stay on track. Well done chris!:T:A

    Thank you Maman :o:)

  • Seems like I must be one of the biggest syners - I keep falling by the wayside and buying / eating too much of what I ought not!

My energy levels fall away come afternoon as well, not helped by insomnia issues. Mornings are ok, but find it hard to get going later on. And I pick when I cook, and I do most of the cooking around here although modem has decided that she now wants to generally cook for herself .... as a vegetarian, I couldn't nibble at her meat dishes, although I admit to enjoying some the rising aromas whilst cooking - and inhaling is non calorific ..... ;)

I'll perhaps not have an 'official' target this time round if that's ok - just a personal one, to save me from unnecessary embarrassment. I will though plan to post my weekly changes ( Sunday is my weigh day).

    Hi Sleazy

No problem, I can still add you to the chart without a "target" :)
