Well !!!!. I've apparently gained 4lb. Now there's a shock. I've been on plan, apart from Thursday. The only thing I can attribute it to is that I've started doing exercise and have been achy and sore for most of the week. Dunno. Too miserable to say much more. I get that this losing weight lark is ups and down but 4lb?!?!
Off to sulk in the corner.0 -
Thankyou for your support
DH not as bad as I was expecting today ,had to use his frame to get around yesterday ,but today back to lurching around ( how long until the next fall but he won't be told!)
Went to weigh in and helped for a bit 87 members through and 6 new ones ,she'll have to close the group just too many
2 lb off for me ,not too bad but was hoping for more
Hopefully same again next week0 -
Well my appetite has returned!
Report - 1 lb loss for final week of this challenge.
I make that a total of 5 lb. Not brilliant but far better than putting another 5 on which I could have easily done.
Afternoon all.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Afternoon all.
Sorry for going AWOL again - I've been working in my casual job this week which has been quite full on. Just two days next week thank goodness. I haven't had time to read back much so just to say well done to the losers, thanks as ever Chris for the chart and welcome any newbies
So despite walking miles this week and food being acceptable, if not brilliant, I appear to have gained 1lb!. Sorry to all in the challenge as I feel a bit like I've let the side down - must do better! I'm now just over target range for the first time since getting to target a year ago so I really need to get my head back in it.
I'm not joining the next challenge but I'll keep reading and posting as and when.
Take care everyone.0 -
Lost the half pound so got my 1 stone award! Pleased to get that but disappointed I didn’t lose more as I really stuck to plan this week. people near me lost 3 and 4 lbs. On the plus side I have been going 10 weeks and have lost something every single week.0

We try to find humour where we can ,this mornings fall was as he ushered in the sky engineers (I was putting the bins out) ,they picked him up ,I am so grateful they were lovely it was the girl trainees 2 nd day .I don't dare give specific praise on my feed back ,as my friend is worried they might get into trouble as they probably weren't insured to .
We have been joking that they probably have lots of customers who are so excited ,they fall at their feet !
Hi Sue sorry to hear about hubby, presume you’re off to Addenbrooks as that’s our nearest big hospital. Has Ataxia been mentioned? Only ask as know someone who has this and it effects his balance.
Hope you get a definitive answer :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello, just popping in to report a STS this week please, meaning I've lost 7/10 for the challenge - not too bad considering the last three weeks have been a bit of a disaster.
Going to aim for 10 again for the next challenge I think, got a new car and job sorted and am well into my running again so theoretically I should be in a Good Place to be getting on with it. Will really have to plan my meals well now though as I'm losing basically all my spare time - booooo to work! Thanks Chris for keeping us all in order!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Made moussaka for dinner. Really delicious. Made with LF lamb mince from butcher, aubergine and the topping was 0%total with 2 egg yolks mixed in and hea's of cheese on top. I've never done a "cheese" sauce like that before and it was fab. I'll defo be doing my take on lasagne like that next time.
I've a portion for the freezer too so my low carb lent stash has started.0
